Gas ball valve straight,y-strainer, G61, FF

The gas ball valve with integrated straight filter, type G61, FF, is a compact control element for domestic gas installations. Designed for DN20 pipelines with 3/4" connections, it combines shut-off and filtration in one body, helping protect downstream appliances and streamline the system layout.

The built-in filter captures impurities present in the gas medium, so burners and regulators remain in better condition for longer. The valve operates safely at a nominal pressure of MOP5 (5 bar) and within a working temperature range from -20°C to 60°C, which suits typical household gas supply conditions and supports stable performance of the gas shut-off valve.

The body made of CW617N brass offers high mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion, while the brass ball with PTFE seals ensures smooth, tight operation over time. A double NBR70 O-ring on the stem enhances leak tightness, and the practical butterfly handle enables precise manual control even in confined spaces.

The nickel-free design responds to stricter material requirements, and the compact dimensions facilitate installation in standard 3/4" gas ball valve DN20 systems. Supplied on a euro hanger with a barcode, the valve is ready for both professional projects and retail sales, forming a reliable choice for modern gas installations.
