Gas ball valve F-M type G18 butterfly

The gas ball valve with butterfly handle GW-GZ type G18 is a compact control element for domestic gas installations, ideal wherever a reliable 1/2" gas shut-off valve is required. Designed for DN15 systems, it supports safe operation of boilers, heaters or cookers in residential and small commercial buildings.

The valve works with gas media at a nominal pressure up to 5 bar and in the T2 temperature range from -20°C to 60°C, so it performs well both in unheated rooms and standard indoor conditions. The integrated gland ensures tightness of the stem, while the non-full-bore design gives precise flow control in typical gas line applications.

The body and ball made of brass provide high mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion, and PTFE seals on the ball and stem maintain smooth operation over time. The additional NBR70 O-ring enhances sealing in the most exposed area. The nickel-free finish is suitable for users who avoid nickel-plated components. A nut–nipple connection with Rp1/2–R1/2 threads simplifies installation in existing 1/2" gas ball valve DN15 systems.

The butterfly handle offers convenient operation even in tight spaces, so the valve fits well in compact cabinets and behind appliances.
