Gas ball valve F-M type G18 butterfly

The gas ball valve with butterfly handle GW-GZ type G18 is a compact control element for domestic and light commercial gas installations. With a nominal diameter DN25 and 1" connection, it works well as a main shut-off point or section valve in medium-sized systems.

The valve is designed for gas media and operates at a nominal pressure of MOP5 (5 bar), so it fits typical building gas networks. The T2 working temperature range from -20°C to 60°C supports stable performance in unheated rooms and standard indoor conditions. The integrated gland improves tightness around the stem, and the non-full-bore design helps precise flow control in a DN25 gas ball valve.

The body and ball are made of brass, giving high resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear, while PTFE seals on the ball and PTFE with NBR70 o-ring on the stem contribute to durable tightness. The nickel-free finish is suitable for users who avoid nickel in installation components. The nut–nipple connection simplifies assembly and disassembly during service work, and the butterfly handle fits installations with limited space.

The gas shut-off valve is supplied in retail packaging with a barcode, ready for professional installers and wholesalers who expect reliable, easy-to-operate gas installation fittings.
